How do I know what size to order?

Everything here is true to size — take the size you normally wear. Every product page has a size chart, and the fit recommender will confirm it against your measurements if you'd rather check.

Will they go sheer or roll down?

No. Every colourway is squat-tested before it goes on the site, and the high waistband is cut to stay put rather than fold over. If a pair ever behaves otherwise, we want to hear about it.

How long will delivery take?

Order by 2pm (Sydney time) and it’s packed and shipped the same business day. Shipping is free on orders over A$120, and every order is tracked from the moment it leaves us.

What if it doesn't fit?

You have 30 days to send it back and we cover the return postage — so trying a size costs you nothing but the time it takes to repack the satchel.

Seamless compression, no seams to chafe

SYNQ is made from our signature seamless compression fabric: 90% nylon and 10% spandex at 300+gsm, smooth, breathable and sculpting in all the right places. There's no stitching at the waistband to press into your skin and nothing to rub mid-set. The Sculpt Shorts and the Seamless Sports Bra use the same fabric, so wearing them together feels like one piece rather than two.

Squat-proof in every colour, not just the black

Thirteen colours is only worth having if the pale ones behave. Every KNAKRD colourway is squat-tested before it goes on the site, including Glacier White and Butter Yellow. The fabric holds its shape wear after wear, so the shorts stay opaque when you bend and the bra keeps its fit from first wear to last.

Sizing, delivery and free returns

SYNQ runs XS to XL and fits true to size. If you're between sizes, size up. Every product page has a size chart and a fit recommender if you're between sizes. Shipping is free on orders over A$120 and every order is tracked. If a piece isn't right, you have 30 days to send it back and we cover the return postage.
