How do I know what size to order?

Everything here is true to size — take the size you normally wear. Every product page has a size chart, and the fit recommender will confirm it against your measurements if you'd rather check.

Will they go sheer or roll down?

No. Every colourway is squat-tested before it goes on the site, and the high waistband is cut to stay put rather than fold over. If a pair ever behaves otherwise, we want to hear about it.

How long will delivery take?

Order by 2pm (Sydney time) and it’s packed and shipped the same business day. Shipping is free on orders over A$120, and every order is tracked from the moment it leaves us.

What if it doesn't fit?

You have 30 days to send it back and we cover the return postage — so trying a size costs you nothing but the time it takes to repack the satchel.
