RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY

This Returns & Refunds Policy applies to all purchases made through knakrd-apparel.myshopify.com and is governed by the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).


CHANGE OF MIND RETURNS

Knakrd Apparel offers free returns for change-of-mind purchases, subject to the conditions below.

Eligibility Requirements

To be eligible for a return, items must:

  • Be unworn, unused, and unwashed

  • Have all original tags attached

  • Be returned in original condition, suitable for resale

  • Be free from:

    • Makeup, deodorant, fake tan, sweat, odours, or stains

    • Damage, alterations, or signs of wear

Items that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted and may be returned to the customer at their expense.


NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

The following items are not eligible for return unless required by Australian Consumer Law:

  • Items with removed or altered tags

  • Items that have been worn or washed

  • Clearance or final sale items (where clearly marked at time of purchase)

  • Gift cards

  • Promotional or giveaway items


RETURNS PROCESS

To request a return:

  1. Contact us at knakrdapparel@gmail.com

  2. Provide your order number and reason for return

  3. Follow the return instructions provided by our team

Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.


REFUNDS

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the returned item has been received and inspected

  • Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after inspection

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable, except where required by law


EXCHANGES

  • Exchanges are subject to stock availability

  • If an exchange item is unavailable, a refund or store credit will be issued

  • Exchanges are processed once the original item has been received and approved


FAULTY OR INCORRECT ITEMS (AUSTRALIAN CONSUMER LAW)

Under Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to a remedy if goods are faulty, damaged, or not as described.

If you receive a faulty or incorrect item:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery

  • Provide clear photos and order details

Depending on the issue, we will offer a repair, replacement, refund, or store credit in accordance with ACL.


RETURN SHIPPING

  • Return shipping is free for approved change-of-mind returns

  • Knakrd Apparel reserves the right to limit or refuse free returns in cases of suspected misuse or abuse


RIGHT TO REFUSE RETURNS

Knakrd Apparel reserves the right to refuse returns where:

  • Items do not meet return conditions

  • There is evidence of excessive or abusive return behaviour

  • Returns fall outside the scope of this policy
